Overview:
What is a squeegee blade?Strange word aside, this rubber pad is arguably one of the most important components of floor scrubbers.
In the simplest terms: the squeegee blade is a piece of rubber, polyurethane (PU), PARA or NEOPR material that is connected to the back and / or side of the scrubber machine
and collects water from the floor so that the vacuum fan absorbs the liquid when the floor cleaning machine passes over it.
The combination of the squeegees, the suction rail and the vacuum fan enables optimal water absorption.
The squeegee blade is a critical part of the machine's water management system, leaving a clean, and more importantly, dry and safe floor.
A non-slip floor that prevents accidents from falling is one of the most common workers' compensation claims, according to the EHS Daily Advisor.
